Alexander Ivan Melnyk, age 36, passed away July 10, 2017.
Beloved son of Dr. Andrew and Motria Melnyk.
Loving brother of Yaro and Danylo (Tanya) Melnyk.
Cherished grandson of Vera Troschuk.
Dearest uncle of Sonya and Christian Melnyk.
Funeral Monday 10:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
Visitation Sunday 4-8 P.M. with a Parastas (Prayer Service) 6:00 P.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the
Alex Melnyk Memorial Fund.
This fund will be used for the
Aid & Assistance of our veterans.
