Beloved wife of the late Stephan Polnyi.

Loving mother of Igor (Tatyana) Polnyi and Orest (the late Ludmila) Polnyi.

Cherished grandmother of Olga (Anders) Norremo, Irene (Jamie) Wilkinson, Oksana Polna (Tamaz Demetradze) and great-grandmother of Orest, Soren, Paloma, Katya, Josie, Daniel and David.

Memorial Visitation Monday (October 28th) 5-9 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.

Parastas (prayer service) Monday at 7:00 P.M.
