Anna Kuzmik passed away the evening of Saturday, December 6, 2025 ; she was 81 years old.

Devoted daughter of the late Stanislaw & Tekla Kuzmik.  Cherished sister of the Iryna ( who passed as a child in Germany ).  Dearest  cousin of Mychajlo ( Liliya ) Dembereckyj and Sofiia Haradzhin.  Beloved aunt of Taras Dembereckyj and godmother of Stefania Dembereckyj.       On Anna's fathers side, she is a fond cousin of Volodymyr ( Tanya ) Tryndyak and godmother of their daughter Olya.        Survived by family in Ukraine and Austria.    Anna leaves behind her beloved feline companion, Mika .

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th from 4 - 8 P.M. with a Parastas ( Ukrainian Wake Service ) at 7 P.M.       Funeral Wednesday, December 17th starting at Chapel at 9:30 A.M. with a Funeral Panachyda followed by a procession to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Service.    Graveside interment to follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery; Chicago.
