Artur Kostrubyak passed away after a short illness on Thursday, October 5'th ;  he was 22 years old.   Beloved son of Lolita Connelly of Chicago and Markiyan Antonyuk of Lviv, Ukraine.  Cherished boyfriend of Eva Bein.  Loving nephew of Iryna ( Anatoli ) Zadorozhny and their children Roman & Mychajlo ... and Uncle Lubomyr.  Dearest Godson of Tanya Tkachenko.  Fond cousin of Mykola Popadyuk with family  and Vasyl Yuruchuk and Mykola Yuruchuk.  Devoted maternal grandson of Mychajlo Kostrubyak in Ukraine  and paternal grandson of Ludmila Shuper in Ukraine.

Visitation Friday, October 13'th from 2:00 - 9:00 P.M.  with a Panachyda ( Ukrainian prayer service ) at 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Avenue ( at N. Leavitt Street ).  Chicago, 60622  .

Funeral Saturday, October 14'th starting at Muzyka Funeral Home, 10:00 A.M.,  with a procession to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service.

Following the funeral service, Artur will be cremated as that was his wish.
