Beloved wife of the late Stefan.
Loving mother of Ulana (Zenon) Mazurkevich, Zorian (Anne-Marie), Larissa (Bohdan) Matusiak.
Cherished grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 4.
Funeral Friday 9:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral for a 9:30 A.M. Divine Liturgy.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
Visitation Thursday 5-9 P.M. with a Parastas (Prayer Service) Thursday 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, in her memory.
