Eugenia Luszczak, age 91, passed away at home on Sunday, August 13'th .....surrounded by family.   Preceded in death by her beloved husband Myron ( 2018 ).   Eugenia is survived by her sons:  Jerry ( Patrice ) and Myron ( Lana );  and 4 cherished grandchildren.  Visitation will be held at Muzyka Funeral Home on Chicago Avenue   Friday, August 18'th from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a  Panachyda ( wake service ) 6:00 P.M. ( by clergy from Sts. Volodymyr & Olha ).     Funeral service Saturday, 11:00 A.M. with everyone meeting at Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church  ( 116 E. Illinois Avenue; Palatine, IL  60067 ).   Interment at Saint Andrew Ukrainian Cemetery, Bloomimgdale.
