Helen K. Dworianyn, age 99, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away at 5:03 a.m., Friday, September 11, 2020, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

She was born June 13, 1921, in Winnipeg, Canada. Helen was a member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in Chicago where she sang in the choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Dworianyn; her parents; and by four brothers, Alfred, Lawrence, Adam and Omar Romanow.

Helen is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, Emil (Wendy) Dworianyn of Huntingburg, Indiana and Eric (Bernadette) Dworianyn of Libertyville, Illinois; by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Helen Dworianyn will be held at 10:30 a.m., C.D.T., on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in Chicago with burial to follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Chicago. Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg and Muzyka Funeral Home in Chicago have been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
