Helen R. Kotlarz, age 94, passed away April 8, 2018 after retiring to Raleigh, NC and after living a long, full life in Chicago. IL. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, her sisters Emily (Julian) Pencak and Pearl (Paul) Schultz and her grandson Fritz Kotlarz. Helen is survived by her children Nancy (Stephen) Schanz, John (Denise), Walter (Rosa), Fritz (Bernice), Raymond, and Joyce (Michael) Glomski, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, sister of Ed (Rita) Koziol, and aunt of many of nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home , 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to St. Helen Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
