Cherished son of Evstakhia and the late Wolodymyr.
Dearest brother of Marta Slemmons.
Dear uncle of Tetiana & Adrian.
Visitation Friday (November 12th) 4-8 P.M. with a Parastas (Prayer Service) at 6:00 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, Il 60622.
Funeral Saturday (November 13th) 11:00 A.M. from Muzyka Chapel to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for an 11:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment Private.
