Beloved husband of Marta Farion.

Loving father of Bohdan (Jennifer) Wyslotsky, Katya Wyslotsky and step-father of Roman (Ann) Forowycz, Dr. Alex Forowycz (Alexandra Baranyk).

Cherished brother of Halia (Ivan) Radichowski and Olha Trytiak and brother-in-law of Anne Marie (Zorian) Baluch.

Dearest grandfather of Andrew, Maria, Caty Wyslotsky and Andrew, Alex, Liliana and Mark Forowycz.

Dear uncle of Marta (Dr. Ihor) Fedoriw, Yuriy Trytiak & Oksana Trytiak.

Ihor leaves family and friends in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Argentina, Ukraine and other countries.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all services will be private.

There was a panachyda and parastas held at his home.

He will be buried next to his mother at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
