Jadwyha Kulyk, age 93, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at 5:26 P.M., Wednesday, October 7, 2020 .

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wasyl, in 1980; youngest daughter, Laryssa, in 2007; and, oldest son, Bogdan, in 2009.

Jadwyha is survived by her son, Jaroslav ( Terri ),  daughter Lesia ( Dennis ), son Orest, and, daughter-in-law Irene.

Her grandchildren include Dennis, Jr., Christopher and Alexandra;  her great-grandchildren include Andrew, Mia, Ethan, Dru, Hunter and Averi ;

her great-great-grandchildren include Kamden and Elera.

Visitation Monday, 3 until 8 P.M. at Muzyka, with a Panachyda ( wake service ) 6 P.M.

Funeral Tuesday, 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Service.

Interment:  St. Nicholas Cemetery.
