Jerzy T. Jeziorkowski, died suddenly at the age of 45 in Tennessee. Loving partner of Julie Shanklin. Beloved father of Jerzy III, Devin and Dredyn. Cherished son of Jerzy and the late Wladyslawa. Dearest brother of Beata King and Katarzyna ( Ari Bernstein ) Jeziorkowski; Dear uncle of Lauren King.
Visitation Sunday, November 4th from 1 - 7 P.M. with a Chapel Service that day ( time to be determined ).
Interment will beprivate.
