Beloved husband of the late Maria.
Loving father of Stephanie (Taras) Galysh, Jaroslawa, Eugene (Sandy) & Mychajlo (Patty).
Cherished grandfather of Claire, Laura, John, Patrick & Megan.
John was member of SUM-Chicago and O.C.Y. and was a Veteran of the Ukrainian Army.
Visitation Wednesday (November 27th) 9-11 A.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.
Funeral Wednesday (November 27th) 11:00 from Muzyka Chapel to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for an 11:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
