John (Ivan) Tomchuk, age 95, passed away April 5, 2017.
Beloved husband of the late Tania.
Loving father of Mary & Sonia (George) Petrasz.
Cherished grandfather of Paul Chrobak, Tamara (Nickolas) Zaderej, Tania (Volodymyr) Zinych and Yuri Petrasz and great-grandfather of Larissa, Danylko, Alexandra & Juliana.
Funeral Monday 10:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:30 A.M. funeral service.
Visitation Sunday 4-8 P.M. with a Panachyda 6:00 P.M. at chapel.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Fund Zakhystu Heroiv - # 164010 c/o Self Reliance Ukrainian Federal Credit Union --- would be appreciated.
