Justina "Tina" Kotlarz, age 72, passed away at her home on Sunday, December 22, 2024 surrounded by family.  Beloved mother of Tina Kotliarchuk and loving grandmother of Alexander Kotliarchuk.  Dearest sister of Michael Bolhak and the late Nick Bolhak.  Preceded in death by her devoted parents, Mykola & Anna Bolhak.   A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Muzyka Funeral Home from 2:00 - 7:00 P.M.   At 4:00 P.M. a Memorial Service will be held.      Tina was a lover of flowers and birds, especially Cardinals.  Please wear a colorful item of clothing that represents the beauty of nature that she so loved !
