Visitation Friday 4-8 P.M. with a Panachyda (wake service) 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL.
Funeral Saturday 12:30 P.M. with everyone meeting at St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 2238 W. Cortez Street (at Oakley Blvd.).
Interment Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
