Surrounded by her family and her best friends,  Luba passed away in her home the morning of Tuesday, December 3'rd.   She was 39 years old.   Beloved daughter of Wolodymyr Siryj and Larissa Hanza.  Loving sister to Oksana ( Dave ) Wasielewski and Nadia Siryj.  Cherished aunt to her favorite person in the world, Maksym "Max" Wasielewski.   Devoted niece of Paul Chamiw.      Survived by many family, friends and colleagues too numerous to mention.     Visitation Friday from 4-8 P.M. with a Panachyda ( Ukrainian Wake Service ) at 6:00 P.M.     Funeral Saturday, 10:30 A.M. from Chapel with a procession to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 11:00 A.M. Funeral Service.  Interment at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery; Chicago.       To honor Luba, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a charitable donation to your local animal rescue in her name.         Her Memory Is Eternal !
