Luba Skubiak passed away on Saturday, October 7'th after a lengthy illness;  she was 70 years old.  Beloved wife of Oleh John Skubiak; Cherished mother of Tanya ( Adrian Oryshkevych ) Skubiak  and  Nina ( Joe ) Ungers;  Devoted grandmother of Mia, Nicholas, Luka and Jeremy.  Dearest sister of Roman ( Lidia ) Marushka  and  Paul ( Emilia ) Marushka.  Preceded in death by her loving parents Nicholas and Maria Marushka.  Luba is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.... too numerous to mention.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, 3:00 - 8:00 P.M.  with a Panachyda ( Ukrainian Wake Service ) at 7:00 P.M. at chapel.

Funeral will be on Friday, with Funeral Panachyda  9:00 A.M. at chapel followed by a procession to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral for a 9:30 A.M. Funeral Service.

Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery; Chicago.
