Lydia Zarytsky passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at the age of 98.  Beloved wife of the late Wasyl ( 2002 );  Loving mother of George ( Marie ) Zarytsky and Orysia ( the late Patrick ) Madden;  Devoted grandmother of Lea ( Alex ) Boler, Brian Madden, Taisa Madden, Adam ( Kelly ) Zarytsky and Nicolette Zarytsky;  Cherished great-grandmother of Zara, Brody, Elliot and Sylvie.

Visitation will be held the morning of Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 9:00 until 10:30 A.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home,  2157 W. Chicago Ave.  Chicago, 60622  .   At 10:30 A.M., a funeral procession will take Lydia to St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral,          2238 W. Cortez St. ( at N. Oakley Blvd. ) for a 11:00 A.M. Funeral Service.    Graveside interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove.
