Funeral Wednesday 10:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Ukrainian Cemetery.
Visitation Tuesday 4-9 P.M. with a Parastas 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
