Mark Balcerzak, age 68, surrounded by his family passed away Saturday at his home.   Beloved husband of Boguslawa  and devoted father to

Robert ( Tamara ),  Joanna,  Nicole,  Kevin  and  Victoria.   Mark leaves family behind in Poland, Germany and Ukraine.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from  4 - 8 P.M. at Muzyka on Chicago Ave.

Funeral Friday, 10 A.M. from Chapel with procession to St. Hyacinth Basilica for a 11 A.M. Funeral Mass.

Interment St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery; Niles.
