Rev. Mykhaylo Melnyk passed away, surrounded by his family, the morning of Friday, June 14'th ;  he was 89 years old.   Fr. Melnyk was the beloved husband of Romana;  Loving father of Dr. Iouri Melnik and Irena ( Rev. Pavlo ) Martyniuk  and the cherished Dido of Chrystyna ( Yuri ) Stasyshyn and Sophia Martyniuk.    Visitation will be held at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral on Sunday, June 16'th where his body will Lie In State from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M.   Parastas at 6:00 P.M. in Cathedral.      Funeral will be on Monday, June 17'th starting at 10:00 A.M. in Cathedral.  Graveside Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
