Funeral Monday 10:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic for a 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
Visitation Sunday 4-8 P.M. with a Panachyda 6:00 P.M. at Chapel.
