Beloved wife of the late Yaroslaw.
Loving mother of Daria (Harry B.) Kuchma & Oksana (Ron) Miller.
Cherished grandmother of Adrianna (Israel) Arzate, Marc (Sandra) Kuchma and Zoya (Andy) Dixon.
Dearest great-grandmother of Caden, Sophia, Isabella, Marcus & Rosie.
Myroslawa was a longtime volunteer at the Ukrainian National Museum in Chicago, IL.
All Services will be private.
