Funeral Friday (10/27/2017) 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
Visitation Thursday (10/26/2017) 4-9 P.M. with a Parastas (Prayer Service) at 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
Flower arrangements -Preferably In White- may be sent to the Funeral Home at the above address.
