Nestor Kocelko passed away the evening of Monday, October 20, 2025 at the age of 99.  Beloved father of Ann ( Gary ) Zator, Christine ( John ) Bialorucki and Paul ( Laura ) Kocelko.  Devoted grandfather of Timmothy Zator, David Zator, Paul ( Trista ) Bialorucki, Jessica ( Erik ) Lindholm, Lindsey ( Samuel ) Thomas, Melissa Kocelko, Laura ( Nicholas ) Nerwin and Michelle ( George ) Mugerian.  Cherished great-grandfather of Jakub, Ethan, Grayson, Parker, Sebastian, Lukas, Makena, Remi, Kennedi, Theodore & Graham.  Nestor was the fond former husband of Irene.

Visitation will be held the morning of Tuesday, October 28  from  9:00 - 11:00  A.M.   Funeral Panachyda at 11:00 A.M. followed by a procession to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral for a 11:30 A.M. Funeral Service.  Entombment at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum; Chicago.

Nestor was a devoted member of the Cathedral and for decades served as a Usher and was a member of the Cathedral's Holy Name Society.   His presence will be missed; may His Memory Be Eternal !
