Olha Jackiw, age 86, passed away June 19, 2019.

Beloved wife of the late Theodore.

Loving mother of Christina (Alexander) Jackiw Brozyna.

Cherished grandmother of Matthew & Christian.

Dearest aunt and great aunt of many nieces & nephews.

Dear cousin of Bohdanna Slyz & family and Anna (Peter) Woloszanskyj & family.

Fond sister-in-law of Maria (the late Roman) Wynnychenko & family and Tania (the late Stefan) Wynnychenko & family.

Olha is also survived by family, too numerous to mention, in the United States, Ukraine, Canada & Poland.

Visitation Wednesday (June 26th) 4-9 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622 with a Parastas (prayer service) 6:30 P.M.

Funeral Thursday (June 27th) 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Chapel to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. funeral service.

Interment St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Chicago, IL
