Dearest great-grandmother of Madalyn, Tyler, Taylor and Owen.
Funeral Wednesday (September 6th) 11:00 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Cathloic Church for an 11:30 A.M. Funeral Service.
Visitation Wednesday (September 6th) 9-11 A.M. at Muzyka chapel.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
