Dear brother of his twin, Juan (Sylvia), Fernando (Rosa), Jose (Ines), & Leticia (Juventino) Martin.

Visitation will be on Friday (March 25th) 4-8 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.

Funeral will be held on Saturday (March 26th) 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Chapel to St. Helen Catholic Church, 2315 W.Augusta Blvd., Chicago, IL 60622, for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass.

Interment will be at Queen Of Heaven, Hillside, IL.
