Roman T. Zajac, passed away on Sunday, September 24'th at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Halyna (2001). Devoted father of Yuriy (Lisa) and Nadia. Cherished grandfather of Andriy. Dear cousin of Daria ( Omelan ) Murij, Dennis (Alexandra) Zajac and Tatiana Krasij.  Fond uncle of Oksana Fedunyszyn, Zoriana Fedunyszyn, Christine Taran  and Marta Harasowska-Luelsdorff.  Survived by family and friends near and far.

Visitation Monday, October 2'nd from 4:00 - 9:00 P.M. with a Panachyda (wake service) 7:00 P.M. at chapel.

Funeral Tuesday, October 3'rd starting with prayers 10:00 A.M. at chapel followed by a procession to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:30 A.M. funeral service.

Interment St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated.

Mr. Zajac was a devoted and dedicated member of Plast - Ukrainian Scouting Organization,  The Ukrainian National Museum, and many other Ukrainian organizations too numerous to mention.  His presence in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood will be missed by all!
