Shirley Ann Siwula, age 75, passed away December 24, 2019.
Survived by her husband Gene, Beloved Daughter Kimberly (James) Gorsky and Cherished Granddaughter Nicole Gorsky.
Dearest Sister of Robert Schwarz and the late Thomas (Janina) Schwarz.
Shirley was a Loving Aunt and Sister-In-Law of many.
Visitation Monday (December 30th) 9-10:30 A.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.
Funeral Monday 10:30 A.M. from Muzyka Chapel to St. Stanislaus Kostka Church for an 11:00 A.M. Funeral Mass.
Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL.
