Beloved wife of the late Dmytro.
Loving mother of Alexandra "Sandy" (Bohdan) Czerniuk, Slavco "Jap" Leciuk, Oksana "Ronnie" (Charles) Silverstri, Anna Leciuk and Olga "Lucy" Kosacz.
Cherised grandmother of Mark (Irene), Adrian, Anthony (Kristen), Michael (Amy), Christian, Andrij and Danilko.
Dearest great-grandmother of Nicholas, Luca, Ariana, Sydney, Brayden, Cole, Carson and Brooklyn.
Visitation Thursday (7/30/20) 4-8 P.M. with a Panachyda (prayer service) 6:00 p.m. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.
Funeral Friday (7/31/20) 9:30 A.M. from Muzyka Chapel to Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Service.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
