Vera Chreptowsky, age 94, passed away January 18, 2018.
Beloved wife of the late Dr. Achilles.
Loving mother of Vera Gaddy and Areta Woroch.
Cherished grandmother of Laryssa, Luboslav, Andrea (Brian) Dewitt, Tatiana and great-grandmother of Daria, Kamila and Aleksandria.
Fond aunt of George Watson and Askold Klufas.
Vera was a long time member of Soyuz Ukrainok and she was also an active board member of the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art.
In lieu of flowers donations to Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art would be appreciated.
Funeral Saturday (1/27/18) 11:30 A.M. from Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral for a 12:00 P.M. Divine Liturgy.
Visitation Saturday (1/27/18) 9-11:30 A.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
Interment Private
