Visitation Thursday 4-9 P.M. with a Panachyda 7:00 P.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL.
Funeral Friday 1:00 P.M at St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 2238 W. Cortez St., Chicago, IL.
Interment Private.
