Loving father of Daria M. (Dr. Andrew O.) Lewicky and Christina M. (Lubomir M.) Panasiuk.
Cherished grandfather of Dr. Christina E. (Dr. Abraham C. Gaupp) Lewicky-Gaupp, Mark R. (Stephanie B.) and Justin R. Lewicky, Andrew and Alexandra Panasiuk.
Dearest great-grandfather of William A. and Thomas M. Gaupp, Logan E. and Michael A. Lewicky.
Funeral Saturday 11:00 A.M. at Muzyka Funeral Home, 2157 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.
Visitation Saturday 9-11 A.M. at Muzyka Chapel.
Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 2238 W. Rice St., Chicago, IL 60622, would be appreciated.
